How to add a new leave grade

Here are the steps on adding a new leave grade.

Instructions

Go to the leave module.

  1. Go to “Configurations” → “Leave Grade Settings”

  2. There are two button, “Add Leave Grade” or “Copy Leave Grade”. We recommend “Copy Leave Grade” so that you can copy the configuration from the next closest leave grade instead of configuring from scratch.

  3. Next, input the leave grade ID and title. Save it.

  4. The leave grade will be available to be assigned to the employee under the employee’s profile.

  5. Go to the leave grade, view the leave types and set the leave policies.
